COVID-19 RESPONSE

First and foremost, we here at Aquaflow Pump & Supply Co. hope that you and your loved ones are well and staying safe. It is our hope that we all get through this difficult time together and stay healthy!

We also want you to know that our stores are still open for business and are here to help you conduct yours.  Additionally, we are working hard to provide a safe environment for our customers and our employees. We are constantly monitoring the developments and will continue to adjust as necessary.

If you have visited one of our stores recently you have probably noticed some of the changes, we have made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To ensure the safety of our employees & customers you can expect the following:

• Limiting the number of customers to 2 in the building at any one time
• If doors are locked please knock & an employee will let you in based on the number of customers in the building.
• We are also asking that only 1 representative from each business enter the building at any one time.
• Employees are wearing face masks & customers are asked to do the same.
• 6 feet of distance marked in our counter/service areas.
• Customer access to the warehouses is limited
• Routine cleaning & disinfecting taking place

Moving forward feel free to call the store ahead of time to have orders picked before you arrive. Also, no contact deliveries are always an option! We are committed to doing everything we can to make sure your visits to our stores are comfortable and safe. Please reach out with any questions.
